Life Insurance

Life insurance pays a lump sum on your death protecting those people who depend on you. It can be used to pay off your mortgage, pay funeral expenses and also leave an income for those left behind. The correct life cover incorporates a terminal illness benefit, which means the insurance can be paid out early if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness and given less than 12 months to live.

Trauma Insurance

Trauma insurance is there for you when you’ve suffered a critical illness i.e. cancer, stroke, heart attack etc. These days most trauma policies offer cover for up to 40 conditions. This can take the financial pressure off you while you’re recovering and can be used for whatever you wish i.e medical treatment, a lump sum on your mortgage, ongoing income if you are unable to work. We can also provide trauma insurance for our children.

Income Protection Insurance

Our income is our largest asset, so it’s important to protect it. Income Protection insurance allows us to protect up to 75% of our income after the wait period you have chosen, up to the age of 70 in some cases. This means if you were unable to return to work, you would continue to receive 75% of your income till the age of 70.

Mortgage Repayment Insurance

By taking out mortgage repayment you can ensure that if you are unable to work due to sickness/injury your mortgage commitments will be met. The last thing you need when you’re recovering is to have financial pressure and uncertainty as to whether you can pay your repayments. This insurance will make sure your mortgage repayments are paid.

Health Insurance

Health insurance enables you to get the surgery or hospitalisation required at a time that suits you in the private hospital of your choice without being put on a waiting list.  Specialist visits can also be covered by your health insurance. Getting the treatment you require within a reasonable timeframe can be imperative in promoting ongoing wellness.

Key Person Insurance

If your business has staff members that are key to the ongoing profitability of your business it is important to insure them in the event of them suffering a death or disability. How would this affect your business? Businesses are vulnerable when they rely upon certain people without having a contingency plan. Key Person cover can make sure your business will continue to flourish in the event of losing a staff member due to death or disability.

Shareholder Insurance

What would happen if one of your shareholders died or became disabled? What would happen to their shares? Do you have the funds to purchase them? By putting in place shareholder insurance and ensuring an agreement is put in place around this insurance you can still keep control of your business. Do you want to be working with your deceased shareholder’s wife? With the correct insurance you can keep control of your business, without having to hand over to a third party.

Total and Permanent Disablement Insurance

This insurance pays out a lump sum if after an illness or accident you were never able to return to work. This is a one-off cash payment and can provide financial security when you need it the most. This payout can be used for rehabilitation costs, day to day living expenses, whatever you require it for.
